The Fox Podium is the all-new mountain bike fork from legendary suspension artists Fox. The Podium has a clear focus, to be the ultimate single crown fork for technical riding and hitting the worlds most challenging lines and features.
The Podium is more than just a new fork, this is a new category of front suspension, designed to give dual crown DH fork performance in a single crown chassis. An immediate, significant upgrade to any electric, enduro or all-mountain bike.
The striking inverted design enabled Fox to squeeze every ounce of performance from the Grip X2 damper, and the newly developed GlideCore air spring delivers next-level smoothness. Designed with built-in lateral and axial compliance, it allows the spring to flex with the fork under high loads, reducing binding and stiction. The result is a smoother ride feel, improved small bump sensitivity, and better control when the terrain gets wild.
The inverted design also shortens the distance from the lower fork bushing to the axle as the fork compresses. This reduces leverage on the bushing, minimizing friction just when riders need it most – charging hard into deep travel on technical terrain.
Pinkbike Review: The Fox Podium isn’t for everybody. The weight, cost, and limited travel offerings make it something of a specialty item, but boy is it good. For the intended purpose, it may just be the best single crown fork I’ve ridden, taking the category one step further.
